I am an executive coach dedicated to guiding business leaders in achieving holistic success—both in their businesses and personal lives. By combining proven strategies with a focus on growth and work-life integration, I empower business owners to scale their companies while maintaining balance, fulfillment, and well-being.

Together, we navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship, unlocking growth opportunities and enhancing leadership skills, all while fostering personal growth and improving lifestyle habits. My mission is to help business owners and leaders thrive in every aspect of their lives, leaving a lasting legacy of impact, fulfillment, and harmony.

My journey began as a Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) in Santa Monica, where I revolutionized the aesthetic department, became a national speaker for global Aesthetics companies, and managed one of the top Dermatology practices. This experience ignited my passion for business strategy and coaching, leading me to launch Certified PA Consulting, where I advised and coached PAs, Physicians, NPs, and business owners on growth and negotiation strategies.

During this time, I began corporate speaking and started speaking on topics of team building, early-stage business, and start up entrepreneur strategies as well as negotiation strategy. I was invited to speak at USC business program on startup strategies and consult for major billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies business development programs.

In addition to coaching & consulting, practicing medicine, assisting with management of a multimillion dollar medical practice, and speaking, I ventured into entrepreneurship by founding a globally recognized natural medical-grade skincare line, recognized by many top beauty magazines and celebrities, which I grew and managed for a decade before making an exit in 2020.

Alongside these ventures, I earned my life coaching certification through Tony Robbins, invested over $100k in my own personal development and leadership skills, and have since been sought out by entrepreneurs to help them step into the new versions of themselves and scale their businesses while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Over the past 20 years, I have seen big successes as well as my share of failures - I understand what it feels like to be all alone, spinning, trying to figure things out all by myself which is a normal part of the journey as an entrepreneur and why I am so passionate to help others.
